I know everyone freaks out over All I Got but it was that EXACT run in Cry For Love that made me squeal. Cry For Love is so beautiful, it is hands down my fav song on the album (plus I love a heartbreaking sad song)

Baekhyun has been my favorite vocalist for years now, so it’s great seeing people discover his talent for the first time. He’s not only ridiculously talented vocally, but doesn’t take that for granted and still attends vocal lessons to improve himself. I remember him saying he studies vocalization and it shows. EXO really needs to finish up that military service lol so we can get more bops.

I’ve been listening to Baekhyun (and all of EXO) since 2013 and he just keeps getting better and better. When EXO member Kyungsoo heard this album he told Baekhyun that he’d found his sound and I agree. He’s serious about continuing his training so I think we can expect even greater things.

Before his 4 solo albums, Baek was not like, one of my favs in EXO. He was cool, loved his voice, but he didn't do it for me like D.O. and Chen. But baby, when those albums came out, and I learned my boy is an R&B artist and could work his vocals like this? He most definitely shot up. Now all three are tied, I ain't choosing. I'd also like to think Baek, because of my obsession of wanting to do his song on Smule, I've maximized my vocals to be able to hit high notes. And now I can do All I Got and Cry for Love. It ain't as good, but I can hit them notes, chile... This bout to make me go sing em again, chile. XD

5:27 it’s a Korean beauty standard to not have beard, not only idols, most Korean men and fashion/ society view hairless men as a beauty standard a lot of men in Korea actually get it lasered. Though there’s still men that wears beards even in the idol word sometimes some idols expose themselves with facial hair ( Jackson, Taeyang, Heechul) and there’s Siwon ( from super junior) that is actually known for his beard and is praised a lot for looking goood with it as usually people view it as ugly he is often praised about his. But yeah generally Koreans view beard as a « not serious and clean » look so they shave it 9:05 i don’t agree thought the way the song is built and the melody/ lyrics are created like going onto a climax, as we listen to the song it goes higher and higher so I think it was purposely done to gradually go higher and cut it short until the end which gives that feeling of climax and I think it’s actually artistically better that he did and kept everything to the end, that it went with the song

Baekhyun is my favourite in EXO. The fact that he only realised his voice was good when out at Karaoke with school friends when he done a riff (he thought everyone could do it). I think he applied for a company but go rejected, thought of mb doing something else but thankfully got casted outside his school or college at the time (bet the ones that said "no" are kicking themselves now) So being able to sing like that and only a short training period, and I think still does the odd lesson so as not to get complacent - always strives to be better
