I'm glad you pointed out Rosé because I feel like people don't pay attention to her in the moment but imo her a Jennie go back in forth between the 2nd best dancer in the group. I lean more towards Rosé usually because of her fluidity but also the energy and attitude she puts into dancing that Jennie usually puts into rap. I feel like I can tell she really likes dancing/performing.

Jennie is no doubt a more natural born dancer than Rosé. Rosé is a taught dancer. But Rosé is a better executer of their dances. Also she's a better idol-dancer overall. Jennie uses her body+legs well and more naturally and Rosie is way better at hand+leg movements. Jennie can't use her hands with too much energy. She rather makes it up with her body language and expressions. They are so gripping.

@@superpsychosour Almost as good as Lisa would be a stretch by far. I'm not Lisa biased or something but a dancer for about 2 decades. I can't accept that however None of them can execute a routine as good as Lisa or 'nearly' too And they know it and say it too themselves. LISA outdances professional choreographers when she dances by their side. (Another such example would be Shotaro) They're exceptionally talented.

Fr. They had 2 months between the time of that Dance vid dropping from a ZERO subbed channel to their debut MV. THAT one vid was the reason they had thousands of subs in 2 months But even more...i.e Millions of views just on debut. (It was a HUGE deal then) *All done without even a Single teaser, poster or announcement.* The wildd HYPE Lisa created 💀💯 I still remember it. The dance vid was legendary but even more legendary was HOW GOOD a (very hot) trainee danced that well. That one routine made her surpass any existing kpop female dancer single-handedly. Other idols talked about it too. I had seizures after I saw Lisa close up after and in her debut. Even more after the Boombayah+ Whistle dance practice. Evennn more after her FIRST stage performance i.e a collab dance with all other popular main dancers ...where SHE became the highlight with how well she performed 😭 It's been long so it's all nostalgic and have died down, But after BP's debut, people and even idols were actually crazy for Jen Lisa. (And Korean men more for Chaesoo)

I love his comment about Lisa. I agree with him! For Kill This Love specifically though, I feel like this is one of Rose's personal faves. Because every performance of Kill This Love I've seen, the hairography on Rose is just top tier and you can tell she's just feeling herself throughout the performance. All are great but I personally love Rose's attitude and musicality in Kill This Love.

Lisa is like Ten( the main dancer of all NCT and one of the 3 main dancers of Super M with Kai and Taemin), they adapt to the group, always controlling the energy to adapt to the group and not overshadow the one in the center. Jennie could be the second best dancer if she wanted to, she has natural abilities and good lines without exaggerating or overacting. Rose exaggerates and puts more energy than the rest, it's not about style . She's perfectly fine that she does it, because it gave her something unique and helped her stand out having two beasts like Jennie and Lisa. Lisa is a great dancer, Jennie is naturally talented and -rose worked really hard to dance like that.
