I came from a family that is the opposite of mindful and intentional. However, I struggled because I am a person who is very mindful and intentional. Growing up I saw that as a negative. Over the last few years it has become something I admire about myself. I have found as I navigate my young adulthood, that your videos are very helpful as I try to create my own morning and night routines with the thoughts of my future family in mind. I cannot wait. 😄 Something i incorporate in my morning routine is to say my prayers (I'm religious and pray to god) and telling myself that today will be a good day even if it's a gloomy day. 😘 Reminding myself that today is going to be a good day is crucial and will keep me motivated throughout the the whole day. 😚

I love watching your videos so much. They are all so soothing. I also love waking up at 5am for some ‘me time’ before my little boy wakes up. I enjoy reading and journaling during this time and 3/4 times a week I go to the gym at 6am for an hour of coach strength training. Early mornings have become my favourite part of the day.
