The more I watch these, the more I realize I suck at this game.

Same. My advice is to play your character constantly. Get a feel for all their moves. Doesn't matter who it's against. Then do some challenge mode combos, which'll make you realise "oh hey, that move can combo into that". Keep going from there and you'll start trying to improvise combos. You don't have to get screen-wide 4k combos first try. That'll just be the end result of you keeping this sort of thing up.

La Puerta I usually win and do pretty well with small combo's I learned using her, but the crazy ones, I seriously need to start improving and learning those.

Indeed she is very technical, does little damage so she requires to pull long or well chained combos to do some damage. I like to play with her just for the challenge.

not at all terumi needs a shit ton of meter to do anything significant basically 100% meter and the damage is good but nothing broken for the cost of all that bar and he has no overhead and slow command grab. Terumi is nothing to be afraid of. I'd say mid-low tier at best

he has an overhead but its in the air. snake bite beats almost everything i use, gives meter and keeps you no the ground for and unfair amount of time. and dont get me started on all the assholes that rapid out of his ground stomp dd attack (cant remember what its calde) and just taunt you. plus get hit ones in the corner and he can easly get all the meter he needs. i can fight him of with ragna just fine but i like playing hazama and azreal but hes so annoying to get close to. *sigh* maybe im just negative. i have fought some fun terumis but they seem rare

lol are you kidding me? kokonoe isthe most played character in blazblue she like the higest rank in BB just don't belive mejust lookat YT vids of her ..
