So a girl was raped and your only way of dealing with it is by trying to intimidate her into saying something? Even if she deliberately went to meet the man, under the law, we know it’s statutory rape and a minor cannot give consent. Trying to shame her is totally wrong and I know Alhaji Oriyomi would never handle the case this way. You’ve already decided that she’s “wayward” without knowing her background or if she had been getting abused till that point. Also, what does her virginity status have to do with the case on ground? Are you fighting for the girl or you just want to shame her?
