I love how Nao thought Hiroki was still weak despite all the shit he did only to realize when seeinf his body, this shows how superficial and shallow that girl is and has become once he lost one fight. She's so disillusioned that no matter what glow up Hiroki has no matter what new techniques and skills he learned he's still weak after ONE fight lost until 1 to 3 things. 1. Hiroki gets his get back on Kokujin thus shattering her entire reality that Kokujin is a superior male he's nothing, but a coward who picks on those smaller than him, Hiroki has killua proved he can not only pick on someone his own size, but above it. Making her see Hiroki as the perfect male. 2. Hiroki shows off his gains, muscles, and pecs this also shatters her illusion on Hiroki is weak as it shows those skills and techniques he learned weren't for ahow, he earned them through hardwork and dedication, though for Killua its being tortured by his family to he the greatest assassin. 3. Last, but not least, its when he gets a new girlfriend, Nao is that toxic possessive ex which sees the ex they betrayed as their property, they see them as still their SO, to those like Nao they're not supposed to move on and "replace" them, that's cheating and they didn't give em permission to cheat. Usually this makes Nao 3 things, angry and pissed, sad and depressed, or yandere and obsessive to the point she plans to pay the new girlfriend a visit or send Kokujin their way to steal em from Hiroki.
