So, this is reality: Kokushibo's speed is insane. In the manga, he was literally just moving while Muichiro struggled. In the first episode of the third season, Kokushibo cut Akaza's hand just by walking-Akaza didn’t even notice it. When Akaza fought Rengoku, he was playing with him. This means Kokushibo can easily handle Muichiro-level Hashira, and he (muichiro)is the fourth strongest Hashira of his era. In the fight with Gyomei, Sanemi, Muichiro, and Genya, all the Hashira struggled, while Kokushibo was just playing with them. They only won because of Genya's abilities. If Kokushibo's plot armor hadn't intervened, even Genya wouldn't have been able to do anything. Then Muzan and Kokushibo would have lived a happy life together. We also don’t know anything about his monster form, but he is surely stronger than his normal and long sword form. He can easily win against all the Hashira with his demon abilities mixed with his Moon Breathing (the second strongest breathing after Sun Breathing), which can cut a Hashira in two pieces, just like he did with Muichiro-in just one slash. His 500+ years of experience is more than enough.

Oh you fool first of all you should read the manga correctly Muzan will wipe out all the harshira in seconds if he was not poisened by tamayo.The drug physically aged Muzan over 9,000 years after being in his system for roughly 3 hours. And if tanjirou (with his 13th form of sun breathing) was not there muzan will easily kill all the harshira before the sun rise .
