Blaming the constitution for the errant behaviour of Obasanjo is not acceptable. When he was bowing down for those king's, was it under a different constitution? Under the constitution, the right that my father has is the same that I have as an adult. Does that mean I don't need to give respect to my father? Is that the reason I should go to the palace of my Oba and stretch my hand to greet him?
