26:50 It might come as surprise, but such crossing is a real thing. Lower rails are more heavily used line which is permanently fixed regular track. Upper rails are removable track that either serves a much lighter railway (such as sugar cane railway), in which case it is lifted in a drawbridge manner, or is used on quite rare occasions (like the locomotive shed track of now extinct CNJ Bronx Terminal) where rails crossing the main line are installed / removed manually. The benefit is that the main line has uninterrupted rails (no flange gaps) at the crossing which eliminates pounding and wear associated with it.
