Varian isn't that good. I reckon normal control warrior is better. Maybe add in bash and that's it

***** No, he isn't. This meta is so aggressive and Varian does not fit. Pretty much 0 of the competitive decks run Varian.

***** x2 brawl is standard in this meta. Varian only saw play originally as it was still being tested. Currently, I've yet to see him tournaments nor legend.

***** I pretty much crafted Varian and tested in at the beginning. It's just not impactful enough most of the time and is almost always a win more card. Also, it wastes your battlecries. Look at these CW players. All of them hit rank 1 legend and legend with x2 brawl. ***** Problem is if you and your opponent are both top decking, then control warrior probably already won because higher quality cards unless it's a handlock in which case, you would never beat with varian regardless. You need x2 brawls to face off against handlock. If you are in top deck mode and your opponent isn't, then you probably already lost if it's at turn 10. w/e just try the card and you will understand. It took me a try to get it as well.

***** Alright. good luck with that. One other thing I wanted to mention was Varian is also bad in the mirror matchup because it accelerates your fatigue.
