@@aaronmendoza7397 yes I know that lol it's very odd to watch. Yards vs. meters in short course is a 7 foot difference per 25. It's 1/2 a stroke per 25 difference at most. They're just too big and too fast to swim short course to me. It's awkward.

What the heck does your comment even mean? Also, did you ever swim in any dual meets? I would wager you never have. Because this is how the vast majority of swimming is formatted. Maybe you're just used to watching world/pan pacs/olympics formats (invitational meets). This is normal

Yes I swam growing up and in college, I know how swim meets work. This is like WWE. Whoever is running this just wants to exploit it to maximize profit, they will be doing meets every week, or maybe more, and they will become meaningless... shitty.
