Koliza bhuna is a mouth-watering Bangladeshi delicacy that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. This delicious dish is made with tender pieces of beef liver (koliza) that are cooked in a spicy onion and tomato-based gravy until they are tender and infused with a myriad of flavorful spices.
Ingredients -
Oil - 1/2 cup
Cardamom 6 ps+Cinnamon 2ps+ Black paper 8-10 ps +Cloves 2ps+Bay leaves 1 ps
Garlic paste +Ginger paste =1 tbsp
Cumin paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
Liver 500 gm
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Tomato puree 1 tbsp
Fenugreek + Fennel = 1/2 tps
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
