Take flight.i traveled from Kolkata to Bangalore on 23rd June. Flight is safe. And try to use movers and packers for shifting of luggage. blankets , foods etc are still not provided by the Indian railways now.i have traveled with one and a half year old kid.

Its very bad news a suggestion to you i know its not better time to say thn also its better buy a small 2 room new flat mandirtala near nabana and net is also good over there so that oscar also can easily stay itna sab ka pass girgana nahi hoga .aur abhi loan mil raha bank sei hai give a certain percentage as downpayment amount for loan and jo tum har month rent doge woh bhi bank ko dena so that the flat will be ur own . Can't explain what level of anxiety we all are going through since March. But for safety we have to go through this. I totally understand your feelings, because I am also facing similar issues. We applied for Canada PR and for that consultancy want my kids passport. Guess what happened, on 21st march evening I got a call from police station for verification and they asked me to visit on 23rd march. Since than I am waiting for verification of my kids passport. You can try looking for a warehouse in Bangalore to keep your stuff safe till you find your house. Get your flight tickets done and ASAP and for the time being leave Oscar in the kennel with the breeder you had taken him from. In case no house is finalised get quarantined in a guest house in New Town to let Aryan start school. It will be easier for you to look around and finalise the house as well. Had you shifted abroad Oscar would have remained in quarantine with state , even in non corona time so look at things practically.....Stay safe and plan accordingly.
