I was born in this hospital...did my medical degree from this college...worked here as a junior doctor...so much history linked with my dearest medical college hospital.....could not recognise various departments ..except SWARNAMOYEE HOSTEL...and MCH building...Eden Hospital building.. there has been many canges in the structure...!!!. Sooo good. Mesmerising. Stayed there from 1973 to 1983. There was no hostel for PG students. Udayan hostel was the VD outdoor.we, around 20 boys, forcibly occupied that. Principal, Prof. J. B.Mukherjee did not drive us out. Never knew it had been converted into a hostel. We named it UDAYAN. We are now a part of the history. Delighted.Pranam to my Alma Mater.
