Kolkata Metro deserves modern Alstom rakes, why only Indian Railways always provided ancient looking ICFs to Kolkata Metro?

Indian Railways can provide modern rakes but then to recover the cost, they would need to increase the fare which I don't think will be possible. So considering the current fares of Kolkata Metro, they are persisting with ICF Rakes. Do Subscribe my channel.

​@@indianrailwayslover375 I do not think budget is an issue. We already got rakes from beml and Dalian . The thing is IR wants Kolkata people to act as guinea pig for their snagprone metro coaches.

@@46troublemaker If you have travelled in Delhi Metro, Lucknow Metro, Mumbai Metro etc then you can easily spot the difference with Kolkata Metro as these Metros are either under State Government or other agencies where the cost is managed by them and they have amazing infrastructure than our Kolkata Metro. So it is very clear that Indian Railways is trying to cut down the cost and compromising on quality as the Rakes of these Metros are better than BEML AND Dalian. Nagpur and Pune Metro too.
