Kolkata Rape Case में एक आरोपी नहीं 2 और शामिल | R Bharat

कोलकाता में ट्रेनी डॉक्टर से रेप के बाद हत्या के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पश्चिम बंगाल की ममता बनर्जी सरकार को जमकर फटकार लगाई है। इसे गंभीर मामला बताते हुए कुछ तीखे सवाल भी पूछे हैं, जो ममता बनर्जी को चुभ सकते हैं। वो भी तब जब पूरा विपक्ष हमलावर है और खुद उनकी सहयोगी पार्टी भी इस मामले में खिंचाई कर चुकी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कोलकाता के आर.जी. कर मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं अस्पताल में एक जूनियर डॉक्‍टर से कथित बलात्कार और हत्या के मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान ममता बनर्जी सरकार को फटकार लगाई. स्थिति को देखते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नेशनल टास्क फोर्स का गठन किया है और कहा कि देश एक और रेप का इंतजार नहीं कर सकता. बंगाल सरकार से अस्पताल पर हंगामे की जांच रिपोर्ट मांगी. सुनवाई के दौरान सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि हम अदालत का सहयोग करना चाहते हैं. वरिष्‍ठ वकील कपिल सिब्बल पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की तरफ से पेश हुए हैं. सुनवाई के दौरान डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि ये सिर्फ कोलकाता में हत्या का मामला नहीं, ये मुद्दा देशभर में डॉक्टरों की सुरक्षा का है.
