few tiny strings of kesar does not make it 70, maybe Rs 35. But if they have the price listed on the board for customers to clearly see the price before ordering, then customer can't complain after drinking tea that price is so high. In the absence of a price listed in clear sight, the vendor should inform price of tea and also customers should ask.
