You must try some Bengali cuisine. Like aloo posto , shukto, chingri r malaikari, sorshe ilish, murgi kosa, bhetki paturi, rui kalia and lots of fish preparation. I live in Kolkata and the Chicken Biryani is my favourite. U also try piping hot cutlet in local area. They make it more delicious than big hotels or restaurants.
