Thank you SO much! Yes, this place was amazing to see in person and see its not far from a town but feels like the middle of absolutely nowhere. So glad you enjoyed it. Thanks so much for watching!

That place is pretty cool 😎 did you find any diamonds?
@TravelswithVandSteve Жыл бұрын
No, you aren't allowed to walk around the area where there might still be diamonds! Too bad, huh?!?! It was such a cool place, thanks for joining us!

It's amazing that entertainment hall and others have survived with this state to nowadays. Enjoyable place to visit

It really is, and the hall had original features too. The poor hospital only had sand everywhere! It was such a great place to visit, thank you for coming along with us!

This gave me goosebumps and was kinda eerie in a cool way to watch in almost complete darkness while having coffee just now at 4:30 AM my time 😂

Perfect time to watch! Amazing how nature will just take over, Made me feel very small and unimportant in an 'It's a big world' kind of way. I'm so glad I got to see this. Thank you for coming along with me at 4:30 am!

I"ve seen pictures of these sand-filled interiors but always thought it was some remote single house somewhere in the desert. Really enioyed this exploration and wondered what would"ve happened if the village wasn"t abandoned: would they be shoveling sand like the Canadians shovel snow :D ?

That is a great question! I'm guessing yes since the wind would blow it and it would pile up just like snow. It's always strange to see abandoned towns and this one was so unique. Thank you so much for watching!
