The Village looks super! Or should I say supper! I noticed the e-bike store in the montage. I e-bike from poipu to Koloa town on my last visit. Biked past the Catholic Church and the Zen monastery, thru parks and neighborhoods. Best way to get around the area. Leave ur car parked!

Going back to Kauai is my biggest goal. My very first thought about the 2nd story shops and how the mobility impaired can get to them. Thank you Brodi for mentioning that very thing about being more accessible! Hugs to you both!

Wow, Old Koloa Town is looking amazing! We loved the old town vive but these new businesses will create more jobs and give us more exciting places to visit! I worked for Little Fish for nearly 3 years, when he opened in Poipu it was just me and the owner Ethan and his surfer friend Jesse volunteering. I got almost $200 in tips on that glorious first day before he realized he needs a huge staff in that little hut.

Do you have a hack for finding parking in koloa? Getting crowded these days. I have never been to little fish, the line always scares me as I drive by. But one of the best latte places on the island is 5 minutes away in lawaii, in Warehouse 3540. They use a great machine. Don't know the name. But keep the snack shop next to sueoka on the down low. We don't need a longer line there. But you can tell people of the prepared food in the store. ;) Great episode again. Our little koloa is growing up . . . . Again.

Aloha Andrew! You didn't say anything about the bell sound?? HAHAHA! Now you don't have to be scared or wait in that long line because you know about that app. Pull up and park on Poipu Rd right in front of Little Fish, hop out, grab your food/beverage then be on your way!

@@OnHawaiiTime ha,. Well my dog didn't jump towards the door during this video. Yes, the app is a great idea, and there is tons of space around little fish to park,. Maybe too much.... Now that people are back, maybe a special on happy hours might be in order. Think of all the research you two can do. People ask me all the time for cheap eats ideas. Another cool episode no one has done in the thousands of "10 best things to do in Kauai" KZbin videos out there,.is getting around without a car. There are surprising numbers of people who shuttle into their condo or resort in poipu and spend the first day at the resort and then want to get out. The koloa shuttle, ebike Rental near kalipaki Joe's. Uber. Speedishuttle. Roberts tours. The tour guides that any hotel can hook people up with. Keep up the south side aloha. You could also have a Hawaiian word for each episode. That is not an original thought, but hey if they do it on NPR why not oht. Also maybe an episode on places to see hula. Like the Thursday one at the botanical gardens who won the state awards and the nightly at Hyatt, and the weekly at coconut market place.

@@andrewzenn1719 Yes so many ideas...so little time being that we both have full time jobs on top of owning our fitness studio in Lihue :) But now that Brodi is back to flying here on Kauai full time you'll be seeing videos on a weekly basis. Wednesdays are filming days for him as that's his day off from flying. If only this KZbin thing was our job...haha...as such it is just a hobby that we are happy to do to help people connect with Kauai and hopefully learn a little something along the way.

They had just broke ground on these shops in 2019 when we were there. Went back in April, and it's insane how much that area has changed in that short time. Part of me thinks it kind of takes away from the charm of Old Koloa Town. But it is really nice, and should be pretty neat when its done!
