I built one like that recently. Can’t remember if it was the OG Koma. Works well in simic though!

Thank god they have fixed that “hover over a card it expands it” thing, that was extremely annoying

I've been trying to come up with a Simic deck that doesn't devolve into generic value, and while TECHNICALLY Koma fits that bill, I do like a lot of the interactions shown here, so I might just build around him!
