ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് Benelli Imperiale 400 ആണ്. പെട്രോള്‍ വണ്ടി മാറ്റി അതേ പോലെക്രൂയിസെര്‍ model ഒരു EV എടുക്കണം എന്ന ആഗ്രഹത്തില്‍ Ranger ഇറങ്ങിയപ്പോള്‍ മുതല്‍ പല reviews കാണുകയും , അത് ഷോറൂം കണ്ടിഷന്‍ മുതല്‍ 2000- 3000 കിലോമീറ്ററില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ഓടിച്ചവരുടെ അഭിപ്രായം കേള്‍ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു . ഇത് വരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ വീഡിയോ കളും കണ്ടതില്‍ നിന്നു - (ഞാന്‍ ഈ വണ്ടി നേരില്‍ കാണുകയോ , ഓടിച്ചു നോക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല , കാരണം മറുനാട്ടില്‍ ആണ് ജോലി , സാഹചര്യം ഉണ്ടായില്ല )- ഞാന്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയ അഡ്വാന്‍റേജസും ഡിസ് അഡ്വാന്‍റേജസും ; . Advantage: 1. Stylish look 2. ഉയരുന്ന ഇന്ധന വില വെച്ചു തരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ ദീര്‍ഘകാല ഉപയോഗത്തില്‍ വരുന്ന ചിലവ് വ്യത്യാസം. 3. ലോഞ്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ വിവിധ ജില്ലകളില്‍ ഷോറൂമുകളും , സര്‍വീസ് സെന്‍ററുകളും. 4 . ഇനി വരാന്‍ പോകുന്നത് EV യുഗമാണ് , അതിലേക്കുള്ള മികച്ച ഒരു കാല്‍വെയ്പ്പ്. Disadvantages: 1. KOMAKI എന്ന ജപ്പാന്‍ പേര് അല്ലാതെ ജപ്പാനുമായി ഈ വണ്ടിക്ക് യാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ല , നിലവാരം കുറഞ്ഞ build quality , ചൈനീസ് വണ്ടിയുടെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പതിപ്പ് . 2. റോഡില്‍ കണ്ടു മടുത്ത AVENGER ന്റ്റെ കോപ്പി ഡിസൈന്‍ , ഒരു പൊങ്ങച്ചത്തിന് വേണ്ടി ബാക്കില്‍ നിന്നു നോക്കുമ്പോള്‍ HARDLY യെ പോലെ എന്നൊക്കെ പറയാം. 3. Build quality, performace എന്നിവ വെച്ചു നോക്കുമ്പോള്‍ വളരെ ഉയര്‍ന്ന വില , ഒന്നര ലക്ഷത്തില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ഒട്ടും value തോന്നുന്നില്ല . 4 . Break പിടിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ front ഉം ബാക്കും ഒന്നിച്ചു ആയത് കൊണ്ട് ഒറ്റ വലിക്ക് തന്നെ കയറ്റം കയറാന്‍ പറ്റാതെ കേറ്റത്തില്‍ നിന്നു പോയാല്‍ പെട്ടത് തന്നെ . പ്രത്യേകിച്ചു പുറകില്‍ തൊട്ടു ചേര്‍ന്ന് വണ്ടി കൂടി ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ റോഡ് സൈഡിലേക്ക് തള്ളി മാറ്റി വെച്ചു സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു പോകേണ്ടി വരും . കുന്നും മലകളും ഉള്ള ഹൈ റേഞ്ച് മേഖലയില്‍ ഒട്ടും പറ്റില്ല. 5. Dismantable ബാറ്ററി അല്ല , ബാറ്ററി സംബന്ധമായി എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായാല്‍ വണ്ടി അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ , പെട്ടി ഓട്ടോയില്‍ കയറ്റി service സെന്ററില്‍ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടി വരും. 6 . മറ്റ് EV വാഹനങ്ങളെ പോലെ ഇതിന് സബ്സിഡി ഇല്ല . . 7 . വാറന്‍റി പീരിയഡ് കഴിഞ്ഞു ബാറ്ററി replacement വരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ അതിന്റെ വില 40000 -50000 ഒക്കെ ആണെങ്കില്‍ ഇന്ധന വിലയില്‍ ലാഭിച്ച തുകയുടെ നല്ല ഭാഗം അങ്ങനെ പാഴാവും .. 8 . 130 -140 കിലോമീറ്ററില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ആര്‍ക്കും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല . കമ്പനി പറയുന്ന 220 കിട്ടണമെങ്കില്‍ വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലെ runway യില്‍ മാത്രം ഓടിക്കേണ്ടി വരും . 9. ഏറ്റവും funny ആയിട്ട് തോന്നിയത് ക്രൂയിസ് കണ്‍ട്രോള്‍ ആണ് . 100 മീറ്റര്‍ തികച്ചു വളവും കുഴിയും ഇല്ലാതെ ഓടിക്കാന്‍ പറ്റാത്ത നമ്മുടെ റോഡില്‍ ഇത് കൊണ്ട് എന്തു പ്രയോജനം ?

1) 4kWh battery cannot be charged with 3.5 units of electricity. Considering some electricity loss it will surely be around 4.5 to 4.8 units 2) You are not getting 160 kms in Rs. 40. You have paid for battery pack which is fuel for this vehicle. You also need to consider the cost of battery pack over long run and then calculate actual cost/km running

The designer is actually cruiser. Royal Enfield is not a proper cruiser design. Unfortunately in India people know only about Royal Enfield
