Sr I have a problem with my Komatsu.. I changed my hydraulic oil on my Komatsu.. After charging I the hydraulic was low and I topped up and it became too much. Then the plug at the front of the solenoid vavle come off due to pressure.. Since then the machine is busting the pilot hose and the hose which goes to the block behind the main control vavle.. It is lacking power if it gets power it bust the seal or bust a hose what might be the problem

actualy bro many reason why the is happens first maybe low pressure one of your pump that driving and giving pressure for the boom, at first you should have to check individualy your main pump, and also try to check your travel if one of the travel is slow meaning one of your pump low pressure, see this video bro, how to testing the main pump to know if main pump is low pressure, you have to use pressure gauge around 500bar gauge the attach the gauge where the main pipe pressure locate there is a small head of bolt you have to remove then attach gauge there, ok, kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3e4qnqlZaeroLs

bro tell me what is the model of your machine, but if the machine is shutting off maybe overload or over pressure, if that machine is excavator check the solenoid attached on the main pump maybe no power, or not working or stock the valve
