komatsu pc220-7 actual testing about main pressure of hydraulic system, and we do a simple way of testing base on actual, and showing the way and procedure on how i have done and replace the important damage parts. keep on watching and see how its done,

You were not getting normal pressure in the past after adjustment. Then later in minute 20 you got the normal pressure 370. My question is was the problem because of relief valve which you replaced? Another question is if 1 relief valve is damaged it will affect pressure reading on the second relief valve because in the start both 011 & 012 was showing 330 pressure Thanks for the beautiful video

thats the good question this machine or komatsu machine once did you operate by functioning the whole system, you know this machine they have a merge divider to function the main pump individual or merge the supply at a time, to provide the full pressure of the front and rear pump in direction, the problem is why i replace the upper main relief valve its already full tight so no chance to raise the pressure i think it is have enternal leak, because after we replace the valve everything its become normal,there video it real happen in our actual trouble shooting, and theres no any hidden adgenda, it is actual.

sir can i ask about hydrolic oil. can engine oil use as hydrolic oil to komatzu pc 220. because my friend from abrod advice me to use engine oil instead hydrolic oil. now my bachoe is n trouble.

yes sir you can used engine oil instead of hydraulic, but must be multi grade 15w40, can ask maybe i can help, what is the problem of hour machine

@@caterpillarjhunhunk kahapon may pinalitan akong hose kasi pumotok. pagkatapos ginamit ko ng sandali ok naman ang kilos nya. kanina nag dagdag ako ng langis kasi ang daming nawala kahapon nong pumotok ang hose. nag dagdag sko ng dalawang containers ng 15w40. umpisa ok nan ang kilos nya,tapos bigla nalang bumagal lahat ng function nya sir. ano kaya ang problema nito sir. may kinalaman ba ang battery kasi nag error ang battery sa display.

sinsya now lang ako nagreply,about sa left or right ng pump pra sa caterpillar yan,sa komatsu ay front at rear,ang komatsu dalawa ang pinaka main relief valve nya,unlike sa cat isa lang sya,pero ganun paman may mga relief din ang bwat function sa control valve at iba pang attachment for the safety ng machine.

Hello, nice video. But I’ve got a question for you: how do you know it’s the overpressure valve that release too early / have internal leak ? It could be as well the pump wear ? My excavator is pw130 (wheeled machine but same pump than pc130) When starting cold I can reach full pressure without problem (345 bars) But if I insist at reaching 345 limit (it’s necessary when traveling on steep slopes) it will soon decrease the pressure and cannot reach 300 or less. Machine has only 4000 hours, I’m going to rebuild the pump. Already opened the main overpressure valve, but found nothing special. Pump is single on this machine. Pistons / cylinders have no wear. Distributor plate have slight wear, swash plate (variable cam) have wear at pressure areas I’m replacing it. It is possible the main valve getting hot then leaking so much ?
