Komuram Bheem is the name of the actual revolutionary leader who fought against oppressive Nizam rule in 1930s. Usuallu old Telugu names used to end with vowels.. We call Ram as Ramudu, Arjun as Arjunudu, Bheem as Bheemudu, Krishna as Krishunudu.. So, you can say Komuram Bheemudu is his name. In this song, he's singing to himself saying that don't bow down, don't show tears in your eyes even if it hurts you. If you bow down, its equal to the whole tribe bowing down and its will be a shame to his people.
