Sir, I also have The Kona Operator and want to convert to an endoro, how does it rides as an enduro bike after you replace the cassettes? did you see any differences compare to pure enduro bike? thanks

Hello. Yes, I find a noticeable difference with endoro components vs full downhill setup. My Kona rides a lot easier on endoro/freeride setup when going up hill, riding the neighborhood, to the grocery store, etc. My Kona works way better/safer on full downhill setup going downhill.
