Dark worlds was the first archetype deck I ever made and the only deck I played for almost a year. The way I played them at the time when they first came out was literally pass 1 to 2 turns without playing any cards and when I started my play it wouldn't stop until my opponent's board was cleared and had enough monsters for an OTK. Won my first local with that deck. I don't know why no one ever used Cheerful coffin in that deck, it was O.P.

@@FutureOfHalo Painful Choice was put on the ban list because of this deck. Well ok it was already on the hit list because of its general tech awesomeness before Dark Worlds came along but once they hit the OCG it was the final nail. They banned the card just before Dark Worlds were released in one of the first pre-emptive bans ever. I often slip it into my deck when playing against a-holes who just use the best meta decks to destroy everyone in a local playstore and dont really know the ban list. They always cry when I force them to dump 4 Skull Servants into my grave LMAO. Totally illegal move but who cares when you make arrogant idiots cry :D

I'm the same, I've been playing Blackwings, heroes and Dark World since the early 2010's, I was 10 then and winning my first locals. So many years later, all my decks keep getting support, I change the way I play them to be more relevant in the meta but I'll never let go of some iconic cards : Grapha, Gale, Stratos, even if they become totally irrelevant someday, I'll still play one copy for all the fun they gave me

One tech to consider is Akashic Magician to bounce Ceruli back from your opponent’s field to your hand; she also has a downward arrow to co-link with Security Dragon to bounce Ceruli a second time. Basically the old Grinder Golem play.

From Splight to this... At this point why even have a Banlist? Just unban everything. The power creep has gotten so insane that victory is literally decided by the coinflip. The only way to outdo the current meta is by printing more stuff that's equally consistent and broken. Which they no doubt will. Now it's no longer a question of what you draw in your opening hand, your entire deck is a toolbox that you'll go through Turn 1. The only thing that matters now, is the coinflip.

I don't think this deck is that good I played danger darkworlds before and this literally looses to droll and lockbird 100% of the time. Like it will see some rogue play and if we see some more support maybe even better but it can 100 percent brick since you play a lot of cards that are only good once you got going or only good when discarded so you will be screwed if you get nothing that discards also it doesn't run any handtraps so have fun going second with this

Honestly, I've been playing Dark World with the danger engine since it's all gas and I find the deck to be actually fun and interactive. You never know what you'll end on and it's just fun. But seeing this, I kinda wanna play this more pure looking version, probably with a super poly side deck with either kaijus or floodgates

Oh wow thank you, this is my first and only structure deck and last (kinda) contact with real Ygo Cards. I got it on christmas back then. Still got them, such a nostalgic feeling for me. So many negates/Interuptions and discarding the entire hand. I just wonder what it does turn 2. You can beat dark ruler/ possibly droplets if you make zombiestein instead of titanic galaxy and set the fusion spell. So you can chain the spell then zombiestein just targets a faceup card and negates it

Wished they did the same for Nordic's. Only good spell is a hard once per turn and can't even use the second effect until next turn. Link monster isn't that great either. Locks you into Aesir so you can't even summon Nordic monsters. There's a way to get two Aesir monsters on the field first turn but it's like a 3 card combo so it's not consistent. Not to mention the God's are out of date and desperately need re-trains or new God synchro's. Don't know why they didn't when they made the new support.

For the 1st combo you could also get the new Reign-Beaux to discard with Fusion Grapha to summon Ceruli and search Silva that way you can still activate Silvas effect and then have Reign Beaux in grave to bounce back Silva to hand then bounce Reign Beaux for Grapha, Doubt it more consistent then just not playing Ceruli but it is an option to get more cards out of your deck and in Grave/hand

Play Curious. Any 3 Dangers make her and she can mill any card. You can go for the fusion spell so you only have to play 1 copy of it, or you can send Anti-Spell and set it with Knightmare Gryphon on top of your board.

i main a dark world / danger deck and i designed it to go second becuz summoning saryuja going first to extend can be countered by nibiru / ash / infinite imperm / veiler or ghost mourner . then ur play is ruined and danger cards are very rng , so in my opinion , the safest way to start ur combos is by exceeding into number 75 or number 90 and going from there . also , i recommend adding 3x dark ruler no more becuz if ur opponent chooses to go first and summons apollousa and u dont have infinite imperm or raigeki for example , then all ur dangers will get negated and destroyed from the hand

It does indeed look insane with the potential that this deck can do but, at least one of the hands I recall you saying "jackalope had to resolve". The problem with todays game is having only "1 play is still a brick in todays meta due to people being able to spit out multiped negates (i am also aware that people would not negate jackalope). Also, What is the official ruling of dangers: 1. Can Dangers activate their effect if the danger is only card in hand? (I've heard it can't when it is only card in hand) 2. Can it attempt to use its effect if there is a card like barrier statue is on the field? I've heard it can attempt to activate, but no ss happens if it is not selected for discard effect. Also, I would be very interested in seeing duels with this. On another note, I take online simulators with a grain of salt as far as bricking goes because computer simulators can not mimic human shuffling error ex. cards sticking together.

1. You can use their effect even if they are the only card in hand. There is no restriction on them that says otherwise. 2. You are correct. The Danger monster just won't get SS'd if it was not discarded. Also something cool to note is that the Danger monster's in hand effects are not OPT. Only their 2nd effects are, so if your opp has a barrier statue you could potentially keep activating the discard effect over and over as long as you don't hit the Danger monster.

You can normal summon it to bring out broww to go into leviair the sea dragon, detach your special a banished monster to then bounce the banished card to hand for grapha and still be able to link off the leviair etc. I’d run 1 tour guide for sure.
