Verry nice lift👍, but it is a Kone Minispace because a Maxispace is much slower than a Minispace and it has a different motor sound and a logic cabinet on the top floor.

It is a MiniSpace, when the elevator has Machine Room. MaxiSpace has PowerDisc motor and doesn’t have a counterweight. This has EcoDisc motor
