Definitely Skar king is more powerful, first of all he created his own army, basically when kong punched Godzilla with metal armour and Godzilla literally knocked out with just one punch, but as if we see later, kong punches Skar king with metal armour so heavily and skar king doesn't knocks out theway Godzilla did, and skar king stands in such a way that nothing happened.

That's laughable. He was able to create his own army because of bad writing. I don't even think skar king is half of kong's strength. That crystal was the only thing that even made him relevant in this movie. I couldn't believe how many times he got punched and thrown in this movie with no resistance. Skar king Is hands down the weakest villain so far in this series. They should have had him fight mothra and he probably still would have lost.
