Thanks mate! I have a client with one of these BizHubs having Office365 send issues. Your video included some extra steps we were unaware of. Going to test this out today. Yes, we have a licensed office365 email addresses for dedicated use on this machine.

Mate, you're a legend - I've been trying to set up O365 SMTP emails on our Olivetti devices (which look to have very similar firmware) and changing the connection settings got it working - nowhere else showed those steps! I owe you a pint, or three.

Thank you. Works well. We put the option for authentication types of PLAIN = OFF. Also we used TLS 1.2 only with all 3 types of encryption strength and it worked

HI Lief thanks for the video this works great but can you explain how to do scan to O365 when user authentication is enabled. For some reason when user auth is enabled on the Bizhub the scans do not work after the user has logged in to the MFP.

I am having the same issue. We user PaperCut to do our user authentication. Scan to email does not work whenever we try to is the O365 settings with user authentication. However if it is just a plain small office setup with no user authentication it seems to work fine.

This is something I found needs done as well. But it hasn't fixed my problem yet.
