You beauty - I have been trying for a week to sort our scan to email - the trick with gmail to take out the domain name and put the whole email address in the smtp settings solved it. Thank you so much!!!! I can go home with my head held high - not defeated by our printer!

As an Admin form a different country then the printer location. It would be nice to also be able to test that it is working form the menu. Is this a thing you can do?
