Very well narrative by Walter for creating a awareness among our communities. To implement this from each diocese level there should be a cell and institute patronized by the diocese and support those are marginalized and encourage them to complete IAS IPS education there by entering in public sector as distinguished personalities. This will help to know in depth Govt procedures and to be active in politics subsequently represent community to a national level. Active participation by Diocese is highly appreciated.❤❤❤
