But Copeland was true blue WWE, Mone didn't speak against WWE that I know about. It feels like after Punk left, he's trying to throw out big names, but it feels like a band aid that won't address the bigger problems. Tony's great at starting out stories, but they rarely intrigue you week by week.

Dave Meltzer says the only problem with AEW is a "perception" issue and everything about AEW is great! So, to summarize, in AEW the ratings are down, the key demos are down, ticket sales are down, merch sales are down, fan interest is down. It's up in the air whether they will get another TV deal or not but it is looking likely that they will be offered less money for Dynamite and they may need to cut Rampage or / and Collision. Everything is down. According to Dave Meltzer everything in AEW is great but it is the fans who are the problem if they don't see it and if they don't like what they see. That's the same attitude Tony Khan has as well.

The real question is if Mone made a mistake signing with AEW. All of these guys and girls that did fine or great in WWE inexplicably suck in AEW.
