I'll be all over this. The game reminds me of the little neighborhood whiffle ball league we had growing up. I'd like to see MLB the Show incorporate some of these fields and features.

The players of the series have their quirks; for example, Pablo has a 'zone' where he slams (middle of the strike zone to just short of the right side) consistently.

Yes they brought back the late 90’s-early 00’s games backyard games, but Humungous Entertainment had absolute classic games from the same time frame. Man I miss the art style from this games man. So nostalgic, much wow.

Backyard baseball 05 was the best backyard videogame. Not as nostalgic as the OG but the gameplay was the best and I really liked the unique stadiums.

IDK, I still think the OG ones were the best ones. The unique stadiums in 05 were great but I just didn't like how easy it was to hit home runs (a player with a power rating of 5 and 6 would still hit home runs frequently). If you had a slugger at the plate, odds are he was always going to be hitting a home run.

My lineup/position with your squad would be: 1) Pete, LF (speed, decent arm) 2) Achmed, 3B (Good hitter, decent arm) 3) Pablo, CF (GOAT) 4) Kiesha, RF (GOAT 2) 5) Mikey, C (Good power/arm but too slow for most positions) 6) Jocinda, 1B (Good hitter and fielder but pretty slow) 7) Ricky, 3B (solid speed, ok hitter) 8) Lisa, 2B (same stats as Ricky) 9) Angela, P (Good hitter and pitcher but really slow)
