@@TheLydiaM here in the uk we can sue tenants for any damages, had a tentent about 1 and a half years ago completely destroyed the floorings I managed to sue them for just shy of £5000 and my insurance company repaired all the damages so I got to keep the £5000 made up for 2 months of missed rent and a bit extra. For the two blue stains I would recommend a solvent, Newline's "New Energy" is AMAZING when it comes to oil based stains, protein and crystalized stains as well. Also Newline's "o2" is the strongest oxidizer you can get, 20% peroxide! Def try it out bro 💯💯

Have you ever tried redying parts of the carpet that you couldn't get the stains out. They have fabric dyes.. called RIT. They also have a color remover from the same brand. Idk if it will work, it's just a suggestion. You can practice on an old piece of carpet. It's worth a shot.

@walterengler5709

I can't argue with results amazing working getting it so dang nice looking again! But why did you have to treat the stains distinctly with the steam and solution .. then do the solution and steaming overall? I know I've seen some where with heavily stained / soiled areas a pretreatment is done to really loosen it. But this seemed more like double steaming and I'm unsure why.
@HubertSteamCleaning
@HubertSteamCleaning 3 жыл бұрын
These are two different steaming processes. We use steam in the red removal process to chemically change the composition of the fibers of the red stain itself. Then there is steam cleaning, which uses pressurized hot water and high extraction to actually clean the carpets. You cannot do those two processes at once because the red-one chemical would just be extracted instead of steamed to allow a chemical reaction.
