Thanks for the informative video, Koopify. May I know where did you get your rental car from? Is it from the Airport or City Centre? What are the parking charges for Assured Serviced Apartments? Is it next to the noisy highway?

Hi Arman, I booked the car here www.drivenow.com.au from Airport. Free parking in apartments, next to highway but I didn't heard any noisy sound, could be we stay in the last unit that far from highway.

Hi Koopify ... I was wondering whether Assured Waterside Serviced Apartments have lifts for those staying at 3rd / 4th floor? According to TripAdvisor, there is no air-con in the bedroom ... is that true? Just a standing fan in bedroom?

No lift but i did requested for ground floor, I think no air-con as well but cold weather over there, day time max is about ~25°C

Do you mind sharing which car rental company did you choose and is the process of retrieving and returning the car difficult ? Is the booking price online fixed on is there other hidden costs you encounter? Thank you, await your favourable reply!

I've booked the car from europcar via www.drivenow.com.au/, retrieving and returning car was easy, just follow the instruction given. No hidden cost but only depend to you whether want to add-on like GPS device, baby seats, insurance and etc. Normally buying insurance cover is around double the price of car rent, so if you trust your skill and other people skill, just skip it.

@@koopify Hi koopify ... how was the system of retrieving & returning the car at Perth Airport? Is there anyone from Europcar to check the car for dents & scratches upon returning it at airport? Currently I am also checking out www.bayswatercarrental.com.au/perth/car-hire ... AUD$5.00 per person for airport shuttle to their Kewdale office. So I'm still unsure. Thanks in advance for your response.
