Yes, next owner will love that shower stall with a curtain in the foreword cabin and the useless aft cabin. Totally useless interior layout for passage. Blue 40' hull and deck with the interior of a 29 foot coastal cruiser.

Seriously?! A shower behind a curtain in the fore cabin? Completely ridiculously cramped aft cabin. How can the this be a 40' boat? I've seen 35 footers which appear to have more space. Koopmans always seems to produce the dumbest interior layouts - owners' spec or dumb designers? Shame because the deck looks beautiful.
