I really enjoy taking resolve 2nd with font of life and second wind (against poke) or bone plating (against hard engage) while taking solstice sleigh as support item and getting the damage from other sources.

What? That makes negative sense without any added context my dude. Game audio and audio, that can be heard during the stream, aka music and shiit like that are recorded seperatly. This is made so that we can still hear the sounds from the game, without the editors needing to spend a millenia on trying to seperate the two audios. This is the reason, why in precious videos, just like in this one, you can indeed hear in game sounds, while you cant hear the copyrighted songs playing in the back for twitch. Now I dont actually know what caused the audio of the game to sound this shiit in this video, but I would assume it has to do with either the program, which is recording it, or with league itself. However, if the problem was indeed with League, Azzapp would probably hear the same noises we do, and since it's so disgusting, he would probably play with it muted. So the blame is most likely with the recording tool.

think he was baiting the all in with cleanse. he spaces quite well and he was pretty much melee range with no minions. he obviously cleanses the sleep before ulting even tho it looked quite seamless who knows tho lol

you get way more waveclear, which was his problem with mid velkoz

You also get bonus %ap for each champion or large monster that is currently inflicted with the flame, so the more ap velkoz has the better the item gets (kinda like deathcap), which makes a dmg heavy build better. Also velkoz is great at damaging multiple enemies in team fights so the item is really good on him.
