FINALLY an update on whether or not the Climate Card Tourist Pass is reusable - the ANSWER is YES! ① 30-day pass - Before expiration of the usage period: You cannot select the usage start date or change the type of card (Automatically extended to the expiration date + 30 days; whether the Seoul public bike [Ttareungi] is included cannot be changed) (Reloading the card before expiration is available from 5 days before the expiration date to the date of expiration. However, reloading before expiration is not available between 12:00 AM and 04:00 AM.) - After expiration of the usage period: You can select the start date and card type at the same time as when you reload funds. ② Short-term pass - Reloading the card is possible only after expiration of the usage period. pay.tmoney.co.kr/ncs/pct/ugd/ReadClmtAcmpCardFrgnGd.dev

@@PhatLifeProject Just want to clarify: can a foreign tourist buy the Climate Card at the Customer Safety Centers in the subway stations in Line 1 - 8? Or just at the Tourist Information Centers? I read from the official website that foreign tourists are to purchase the Climate Card at the Tourist Info Centers only. It's confusing. Also, is the Climate Card rechargeable? We plan to stay for 9 days so we will purchase the 7-day pass initially.

Great video! Question, the DSP doesn't include free bus/train within Seoul, correct? For this reason, do you recommend the Climate Card as well to get around Seoul and use the DSP for attractions? Thanks!!!

First of all thanks for the video! I was very confused after watched the video. We'll be staying in Seoul for 3 days. After watching your video, we decided to buy climate card but it doesn't sell at the Incheon Airport right? What do you suggest us for transportation from Incheon Airport to Seoul center? Should we buy one way AREX train ticket or buy a tmoney card and paid with it. After we arrive at Seoul, buy climate cards? Thanks.

The climate card does not cover arex or transport outside of Seoul, definitely get an arex ticket as that is the cheapest option - once you’re in Seoul hunt down the climate card the locations listed in the video :)

yes you can withdraw in KRW via the WOWPass kiosks which you can find at ANY subway station ((or use the wowpass locator) max Withdrawal 100,000 KRW with a 1000 KRW withdrawal fee I also did a full WOWpass video coverage here - kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3uTc4OvdqyNhbssi=Fr9tII0Z0ki3f2Rw in case you need more info, enjoy Seoul!

Question for you. When I read the User Guide for Climate card, it states that it only covers the base fare of 1500 won. Is that true? I don't know if there are any trips within Seoul that will be above 1500 won, but if there is, it won't cover it?

yup that makes sense as fares in Seoul start from 1500 WON, my understanding is that so long you are travelling within Seoul you are covered
