Can I ask where you know from that the food is organic?
@joypressley4821 Жыл бұрын
They grow fresh food in Korea there's farms everywhere
@lialiir1752 Жыл бұрын
@@joypressley4821 Good to know. But is it „organic“? Because „fresh“ doesn’t necessarily mean that the vegetables are grown “without pesticides”.
@joypressley4821 Жыл бұрын
Yes there's labels that say "home grown no gmos or chemicals". The veggies and fruits in Korea look "less pretty" because in America everything looks way too perfect and that's how you can immediately tell the difference
@joypressley4821 Жыл бұрын
There's a reason why most Asian/ Korean people live longer because they believe in portion control and healthy eating habits, unlike America

Thankyou for Watching Everyone! Eating healthy Fruits & Vegetables is key to a good lifestyle 🥦🥕🌽🍎🥑 Make sure to throughly clean your produce with a vegetable brush & a mixture of baking soda and water (getting the dirt off)

I can see why you thought it was a squash. But those yellow fruit was a korean melon. Its closest taste is that of a sweeter canary melon.

Is there a year round outdoor food market where you can get fresh veggies ?
@joypressley48212 жыл бұрын
In Korea there are tons of markets to Buy fresh items, however they do experience winter so sometimes you have to wait until spring and summer to buy the fruits and veggies. But during the cold seasons you can always go to the indoor markets for Korean food. Hope this helps!

Hi loved the vid! 😊 is the price of the fruits per like little bowl ? Or each? Just because the strawberries that were purchased got wrapped, was that bowl itself 5,000won?
@joypressley48212 жыл бұрын
This was filmed a year ago but all the veggies and fruits are weighed by the pound. So the more you buy the price will be higher. The plate was $5 after being weighed for the strawberries

I did not like the video because you showed us vegetables that we already have in America and you went too fast on all the decoration we did not get to see it and there was too much talking so we have all of that in America
@joypressley48212 жыл бұрын
The point of the video was to show the similarities and differences between America & Korea. In Korea almost everything is home grown and not filled with GMO's. Did you not see the parts where I talked about Korean products such as: Fresh Seaweed, Korean Pear, Live Squid, Etc. ?
