I just made the lemon cake at 10pm without the meringue and the matcha cream. It's so good 🤤 I only put 70g of sugar cane. It's not too heavy cake with the cream and I used grapeseed oil.

the "crêpes salées" is a "galette" in france, it's from Bretagne, the very west cost in france. And it's with a buckwheat flour. So what you did is just a regular crepe without sugar. Curently french people can laugh at you but i like it just like that

Crêpe salée/ galette is sooo good, the better crêpe. Galette are made with a special flour and are delicious. But people do use the crêpe sucrée base for a savoury one. I'm so happy you enjoyed it ❤. I really love french food

Mangosteen in Thailand probably cost like 1-2 dollars per kilogram😊 it probably costs more if they’re out of season or those high quality ones but personally I have to be careful about the consumption tho because it’s too cheap we tend to eat a lot lol the sugar level in this type of fruit is dangerously high.
