He is more confident in speaking Korean tha English, most actors normally talk in Korean during fm even though they know how to speak English.

​@@thehighpriestess8431it does make sense because he is more comfortable is speaking korean than english. He studied there for 4 yrs only (according to him). It's been 12 yrs since he left the PH until he came back for fm. In that 12 yrs that he's in Korea, his mother tongue is Korean. He does understand english though, he is just not comfortable speaking it. And it's quite normal for Korean actors to speak Korean in their FM eventhough they are fluent in English.

I k ow an actor & another idol who are fluent in English (it's their 1st language). Raise in the USA & Canada, they came back to Korea when they are teenagers. But for the record, every fm or concert they normally use Korean even when they're abroad. Though they speak some english sentences, still, majority of the language they use is Korean.
