I was just in Korea and I found a place called the 'Majang Meat Market', it's like the fresh fish markets except it's for beef and pork, you buy your cut of meat and then take it upstairs to grill it up. You can get Hanwoo beef for up to 50% cheaper than going to a restaurant, I'm sure you'd love that place.

Ever go to Australia Mike? You should do a show there. Awesome beef, seafood, and lots of great lamb. Barbecue heaven brother. I stayed at Kangaroo Island for about a month and it was so beautiful. Think of Jeju island without all the people and instead of Black Pig there's kangaroo. First time I had it It was in a hamburger and I couldn't even tell the difference from beef. Oh yeah. There's a lot less people than Jeju island. At least there was in 1991 when I was there. Thanks Mike! Love your channel.

note to solo travelers to Korea: a lot of these popular restaurants will not like it if you go alone. some places, even though they're not too busy, will even deny service for one person. so if it is a very busy place with a long line and you plan on going in alone, order for 2. if there is no line and they still want you to order for 2, give them a dirty look and walk
