I had a cold a few days ago, and my weight dropped to 44.7kg for the first time, so I've been trying to eat well and stay healthy this week. Health is something you need to protect when you have it, and it's really important. Still, I'm grateful for my husband, son, and daughter. Having a family makes me truly happy, and I've come to realize that once again. 😁
