The holes in the brick bread probably also help it bake evenly. Larger layered breads can be doughy in the middle. This design keeps any part of it from being to thick!

Speaking as a Nova Scotian who has eaten many a just-cooked lobster on a picnic table in the open air with my bare hands and nothing more than melted butter and a cold beer, there is nothing sillier than seeing a lobster with gold leaf on it. 🤣🤣

The presentation is stunning. I love the pride and attention to detail these Korean chefs take in their food. Mikey I love watching your videos in Korea. In future please please please link the name of the restaurants and addresses. This is important for helping to support local businesses. Also it would be helpful for us if you listed the prices. This lobster feast looks amazing, but if it costs $300 it might not be affordable for a lot of your viewers.

The donuts and brick bread looked most appealing, and I'd want to at least try the seafood and the lobster ramen, for sure. Eating things that are still moving might take some doing on my part, though, NGL! Isn't it the case that the bigger the lobster is, the less sweet it is, though?
