And Kwon is using that drum till nowadays.

Sounds like a Speed King, aka "Squeak King", which makes sense since it seems to be an all-Ludwig kit. Lots of metal-to-metal joints on that pedal.

Kwon Soon Keun from band called ADD K . There are like 15 vids of him dating back from 1990s to this day , hes a really talented drummer that hass so much passion about his job. Hes definitely very famous in Korea , idk about the world though.
