조금 젊은 분이면 선지를 안드신분들이 많더군요....선지국을 끓일때 선지는 한번 삶아내서 넣습니다.그래서 냄새는 별로 안납니다..예전에 어머니가 많이 해주셨는데 선지를 구하기 힘든지 요즘은 안해주시더군요

Blood Pudding is 4g of protein based on 100g, vitamin B1 is about 0.31 B2 is 0.22mg, and B6 is also 0.43mg Vitamin E 0.26mg, which protects cells from harmful oxygen, as much as 12mg per 100g of iron, and 2.9mg of zinc Blood Pudding - Seonji is a very good food that is rich in good nutrients.

개인적으로 선지 끓인 국을 그대로 사용하면 맛이 좀 이상함;; 선지를 덜어내고 선지 끓인 국물 버리고 다시 새 물로 끓였으면 좋겠다

저렇게 우거지나 시래기 혹은 생배추를 넣어 끓인 선지국에는 선지 끓인 물이 들어가야 구수해집니다. 선지 국물을 넣지 않으면 그냥 우거지국이 되버립니다. 다만 양평해장국 어느 체인점처럼 내장이 들어가면 콩나물 넣고 맑게 끓여도 맛이 납니다.
