I recently tried Black Thunder 72% (the dark chocolate version in the green packaging) and thought it was even better than the original! 🙂

The white beef soup is a bone broth soup. They get the milkiness from boiling bones for a long time. You typically dump rice into it and with kimchi, "chef's kiss" delicious.

Great video Eric and mega the price of all the food today was very cheap and great selection. Your chefs salad always makes me want to have one and I find the dressing brings it altogether it was a very spicy looking day you can get the seaweed sheets in England and it has some nice flavours. If you are tasting Vinegar, it's probably b/c it's old. Its a fermented food, so the older it gets, the more funky and vinegary it gets. I personally love fresh kimchi, its got a different taste and profile and once it gets older I make kimchi jigae out of it.
