Easiest way to deal with dishes. Wash right away after cooking & wash right away after eating. Taking the trash out coz being on top of it makes it less stressful than looking at a pile up of things. Same with clothes, wash them daily or every 2 days. 😂 And clean right away after every spill/mess.

You can lose weight from swimming if you give yourself constant continuous loads.. for example, without stopping to swim at the same pace for 40 minutes.. let the coach tell you.. she sees the level of preparation.. with age, you have to move more and more to stay in good shape😂 I'm tired of it 🙃 I control what I eat and when I eat all the time.. how much did I walk today.. was the workout dynamic or not?
