When The Party's Over is actually a song describing a toxic relationship, not breaking up, its because the black thing she drank is to describe all the bad things in a relationship (mistrust, not being loyal, cheating, mental manipulation, verbal/physical/mental abuse those kind of stuff) Like "call me friend but keep me closer" is to describe "i may not be good for you but I want you to keep me closer than ever" and "I can lie say, I like it like that, like it like that" meaning she knows or you know (depending from who's point of view it is) that whatever you have right now is toxic, bad or fading but you just keep on pretending to like it, continue lying to yourself that you are enjoying it.
